All TCC leaders have been dismissed. The Ground Forces showed interesting statistics.

Since the start of the war, all leaders of territorial recruiting centers and support services have been replaced. According to the information from the Ground Forces command, 85% of the newly appointed leaders have military experience and served in combat military units. The composition of the territorial recruiting and social support centers has also changed, as 70% of servicemen were transferred to combat units. In particular, there has been optimization of guard companies and rear units, and in place of servicemen without health restrictions came combatants and men over 50 years old from among the recently mobilized.
During the war and mobilization, the territorial recruiting and social support centers suffered significant losses. This indicates an underestimation of human resources and management errors on the battlefield. During the trial, Viktor Yurchuk, the head of the Polohy district recruiting center, stated that working in the TCC is harder than being on the front line. Yuriy Kovalyuk, head of the Second Department of the Dubno district TCC and SP, also did not allow his son to serve in the army.
During the court session, the case of the head of the recruiting and staffing department of one of the district TCCs, Ihor B., was considered, who was accused of negligence in the performance of military duties due to the failure to fulfill the mobilization task.
Analysis and Context
The change of leaders in the territorial recruiting centers and support services of military units indicates ongoing changes in the management system and the need to adapt to new conditions of military conflict. The transfer of 70% of servicemen to combat units may indicate the need to replenish the ranks of fighters and provide them with experience and military training.
However, the support and staffing of military units also suffer significant losses due to management mistakes and underestimation of resources. The failure to fulfill the mobilization task may affect the substance and fairness of military formation. This indicates the need for effective organization and management of the mobilization process to achieve maximum results in the conditions of military conflict.
