Zelensky outlined the conditions for possible talks with Russia.


The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced the introduction of fixed allowances for all school teachers in 2024. According to him, from January, each teacher will receive an additional thousand hryvnias, and from September, this amount will increase to 2 thousand hryvnias.
"We all understand that the resources of our state are limited, but the government must help people who work in Ukraine and for Ukraine. The funds for this are available," the head of state emphasized.
Regarding the situation at the front, the President noted that the most difficult situation at the moment is in the Kurakhiv and Pokrovsk directions. The military command is working on strengthening positions in these areas.
Zelensky also reported the allocation of 30 apartments to Heroes of Ukraine - servicemen of various military units and their families, including the family of a deceased employee of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
In the international context, the President held talks with the head of Finland, thanking for 26 packages of military support. "We are doing everything possible to force Russia into normal, meaningful negotiations based on international law, not terror," he emphasized.
