In 'Reserve+', a new function for obtaining deferment from mobilization for two categories has been launched.

Ukrainian conscripts can obtain a deferment from mobilization through the 'Reserve+' app in just a few minutes.
At the initial stage, this opportunity is available for two categories of citizens - students who have not interrupted their studies and people with disabilities who have a certificate from the Pension Fund.
According to the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine on digitalization issues, Kateryna Chernohorenko, the process of submitting a request is greatly simplified. Users do not need to scan and attach documents - all necessary data is automatically loaded from registers.
"Since people will be given the opportunity to enter the app, send a request, and get a deferment in just a few minutes, if the information about this status is confirmed in other registers, the deferment is immediately sent to the app, in the electronic military record book," explained Chernohorenko.
It is worth noting that for parents with many children, a special condition applies - deferment through 'Reserve+' can only be obtained by those whose children were all born in one marriage. If children are from different marriages, then it is necessary to contact the Territorial Commission on Criminal Affairs.
