Recruiter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine named the main problem for those mobilized through the TCC.

Challenges for citizens who want to join the CODE 9.2 brigade
During the telethon 'United News', Myroslav Banik, the head of the recruitment section of the 475th separate assault brigade CODE 9.2, spoke about the problems faced by people who wish to join this unit. According to him, individuals who have already received a summons or have been delivered to the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP) are applying to the brigade. Many people call or write through social networks, asking how they can join this unit. Unfortunately, the answer to this question is not very optimistic.
According to Banik, if a person has already entered the TCC system, their chances of getting into a specific brigade, particularly the 475th Separate Assault Brigade, are practically zero. The reason lies in the recruitment system, as each TCC has its tasks regarding the formation of military units. If a particular TCC does not have the task of recruiting for a certain brigade or separate battalion, then the individual will not be sent to this unit. After passing the Military-Medical Commission, if the person is fit, they can be sent to a training center, and from there - assigned to one of the brigades being recruited by this TCC.
Thus, for a guaranteed opportunity to join the chosen brigade, potential recruits should contact its representatives before receiving a summons from the TCC.
Banik also mentioned so-called 'relations' - letters of request from specific military units for the transfer of a certain fighter who is in a training center. He confirmed that even the presence of such a document does not guarantee the transfer of a person to the desired unit since the training center may be recruiting for other brigades. Often, letters from specific units are more of a form of reassurance. Therefore, in order to guarantee joining the chosen brigade, potential recruits should contact the representatives of this brigade before receiving a summons from the TCC.
