The 'Oberih' Register will have automatic access to the medical data of military servicemen.

The Verkhovna Rada has adopted a law on digital military medical commissions
The Verkhovna Rada has adopted the bill 12066, which concerns the digital military medical commissions. According to this law, the data of medical examinations regarding fitness for military service will be automatically transferred to the 'Oberih' Register of military servicemen.
According to SUD.UA, the law lifts the ban on the transfer of medical information about patients. Now, medical data can be transferred to the Register of military servicemen.
'During the information interaction provided for by this part, access to the medical information about the patient is not permitted, except for the case of receiving, in accordance with the electronic information interaction, from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the information about the results of medical examinations conducted for the purpose of determining the fitness of individuals for military duty for inclusion in the Unified State Register of conscripts, military servicemen, and reservists in order to ensure national security and defense,' it is noted in the amendments.
Also, in the Law 'On the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Servicemen, and Reservists', it will be specified that the Ministry of Health must transmit information about the results of medical examinations conducted for the purpose of determining fitness for military duty to 'Oberih'.
The 'Oberih' Register will receive this data through electronic information interaction with the health care system and using the 'Trembita' system.
