Liberation of Boika's Platforms - Operation Details Revealed.

The storming of the so-called 'Boika's platforms', drilling rigs seized by the Russian Federation in 2014 in the Black Sea, was carried out by GUR fighters at night on combat boats. The military destroyed the occupiers on the facilities and returned the installations under Ukraine's control.

This was reported by the military in an interview with the O! Nebylovych channel.

Details of the Assault

The military intelligence gathered on 10 boats and went out to sea, dividing into different groups. Then each of them set a course for a specific drilling platform and simultaneously carried out devastating attacks, after which the reclamation of the occupied 'Boika's platforms' became possible.

'In principle, everyone reached their platforms, everyone carried out their tasks. Then we all came together and added to 'Petro Godovanets', says a soldier who participated in the retaking of the platforms.

As a result of the coordinated actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the drilling platforms 'Petro Godovalech', 'Ukraine', as well as the SPBU 'Tavridа' and SPBU 'Sivash' were returned under control.

What is Known About the Liberation of 'Boika's Platforms'

On September 11, 2023, Ukraine regained control over the 'Boika's platforms' - gas and oil extraction drilling rigs off the coast of Crimea in the Black Sea. They had been under occupation since 2014, and Russia had used them for military purposes since the beginning of the large-scale invasion.

According to GUR, special forces seized valuable trophies during the liberation of the platforms. In particular, a stock of helicopter munitions in the form of unguided aerial rockets and a radar station 'Neva', which tracks the movement of ships in the Black Sea.
