In Ukraine, a driver has been deprived of their license for violating military registration rules.

The first restriction of the right to drive a vehicle due to violations of military registration rules was discovered in Ukraine
The search engine of the court registry Babusia found that there are at least 41 court cases related to violations of military registration rules. Most cases are returned due to issues with filing claims, namely, due to non-payment of court fees. Lawyer Valentyna Slobodianyk notes that this is a temporary situation, and funding for court claims is expected to improve by 2025.
For the first Time, a court satisfied the claim of the Territorial Recruitment Center and restricted the driver from the right to drive vehicles according to the Center's requirements. The lawyer asserts that the restriction of the right to drive a car is not a novelty for Ukrainians.
Currently, a draft law to close access to information about court cases related to mobilization is undergoing procedures in the Verkhovna Rada. There are currently no requirements for the non-disclosure of personal data in such cases.
To verify whether claims have been filed against them, citizens of Ukraine can use judicial services through the Diia application or the electronic cabinet of the Esud system.
Also, we remind you that starting from September 2025, mandatory basic military training for students of higher educational institutions will begin in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense plans to eliminate the need to approach the territorial recruitment center for mandatory training.
