The number of bees in Ukraine has significantly decreased: the reason.

Ukrainian beekeeping is facing serious problems due to the decline in the number of bees. The head of the 'Ukrbeekeeping' association, Valeriy Dombrovskiy, warns that this may negatively affect the cultivation of honey-bearing crops, which are very important for the Ukrainian agricultural sector.
We are an agricultural state, our main export product is sunflower oil. Without bees, we will have low yields or a complete absence of fruit-bearing.
Experts are calling on the government to pay attention to supporting beekeeping, to develop programs and provide subsidies for the development of this sector. The restoration of the number of bees and beekeepers must be a priority to preserve biodiversity and support agriculture.
There is a saying attributed to Einstein that if the bee disappears, humanity will also disappear.
Future forecasts are also not encouraging
Researchers predict that by 2025, Ukrainian beekeepers may witness further deterioration of the situation due to negative conditions and problems with bees. This also affects beekeepers in the USA, Europe, and other countries that are experiencing similar trends.
Ukrainian beekeeping is facing serious challenges, and the decrease in the number of bees may significantly affect the cultivation of agricultural crops and honey collection. Urgent measures are needed to support the sector and restore the bee population to preserve biodiversity and ensure sustainable development of the agricultural sector.
