Traffic on occupied roads in Luhansk region paralyzed: National Resistance Center named the reason.

Traffic of vehicles on the occupied territories of Luhansk region paralyzed
Traffic of vehicles in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk region has been halted. The reason for this is the unpreparedness of utilities for worsening weather conditions, as well as the lack of workers. This was reported by the National Resistance Center (NRC).
The situation is caused by two factors. First, snow removal machines, which were purchased with Kremlin money, have not been delivered. Second, even the existing transport cannot be used as many workers have been mobilized to the Russian army. Furthermore, those who continue to work are not being paid.
The NRC calls on everyone to help restore the occupied territories to normal life by supporting the Resistance Movement of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It should be noted that the Russian occupiers do not pay money to railway workers in the occupied territories, which leads to increased debt.
The NRC also reported the creation of centers for the popularization of the Russian language by Russia in all occupied territories of Ukraine. Additionally, the occupiers are training collaborator teachers in the Kherson region to recognize children who support Ukraine.
It has also become known that people living in occupied territories do not receive compensation after vaccination without a Russian passport and may be disconnected from heating.
