Now these specialists will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide support regardless of the place of residence of the applicants, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs reported.
Main innovations
- The introduction of the principle of 'extraterritoriality' - support specialists will be able to assist regardless of the place of residence of the applicants, which will allow for prompt assistance.
- The possibility of remote work - specialists will have the opportunity to work in remote workplaces for quick response to the needs of veterans and their families.
- Changes in the selection of candidates - improved selection of specialists for working with veterans. Local authorities are no longer required to create separate commissions, except for the city of Kyiv.
These changes will contribute to improving the accessibility of services, supporting the veteran community, and more effectively ensuring their rights.
Currently, 1400 support specialists are working in Ukraine, providing assistance to veterans, helping them in their reintegration and exercising their rights.
