Ukraine is opening two new railway routes to the European Union – to Bratislava and Budapest. The number of trains to Warsaw is also increasing.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba.
From December 15, trains No. 27/28 Kyiv-Chop-Kyiv and No. 617/961 Chop-Bratislava-Chop will ensure communication between Kyiv and Bratislava. This opens up travel opportunities to other cities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, including Prague.
Additionally, from December 15, train No. 9/10 will operate from Kyiv to Budapest, providing convenient rail connections to Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Innsbruck, and Zurich.
The train schedule provides for convenient transfers and short waiting times.
