Ukrainians will receive 'age' supplements to pensions: who will receive additional payments of 300 to 570 hryvnias.


According to the publication 'On Pension', in February, some Ukrainian pensioners will receive additional payments. This concerns pensioners who have turned 70, 75, or 80 years old, and they can receive 'age' supplements of up to 300 hryvnias. Increased payments will start arriving this month.
In particular, the amounts that will be paid are as follows:
- after reaching 70 years - 300 hryvnias;
- after reaching 75 years - 456 hryvnias;
- after reaching 80 years - 570 hryvnias.
Thus, pensioners aged 70 will receive an additional 300 hryvnias. Upon reaching 75 years, the amount will increase by 156 hryvnias, and upon reaching 80 years - by another 114 hryvnias.
It is worth noting that such supplements are provided only for pensioners receiving pensions that do not exceed 10,340.35 hryvnias.
In addition, payments to the families of those who died on the Maidan have been approved in Kyiv.
Regarding the payment terms, pensioners who celebrated their birthday in January will receive the increased pension in February (the amount of payment will depend on the number of days after reaching the specified age). Those whose birthday falls in February will receive the additional payment in March.
