The '24' TV channel reported that Ukrainians are advised to be cautious when buying US dollars due to the spread of counterfeit bills. Particularly dangerous are transactions made outside official channels, where fakes can be sold that even sellers may not recognize.
Experts recommend exchanging money only at banks or licensed official exchanges.It is also important to pay attention to signs of counterfeits, such as the absence of protective elements in the light, color change when tilted, lack of microprinting, and protective tape. Moreover, by the end of the year, the price for 100 dollars may increase for Ukrainians, so it is better to avoid risky transactions and counterfeit bills.
