Russian missile strike on Sumy: 13 injured, destruction of education institution and high-rise buildings

In Sumy, as a result of a Russian missile strike late in the evening of September 1, an education institution and high-rise buildings were destroyed. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Sumy region.

The number of injured was 13 people, among them four children.

«The education institution and at least five high-rise buildings were destroyed», – said the police.

All specialized services are working at the scene, providing necessary assistance to the residents of the damaged buildings. Investigators are documenting the damage and collecting evidence of war crimes by the aggressor state's army.

Earlier it was reported that Russian troops launched a missile strike on the social-psychological rehabilitation center for children and the children's home in Sumy.

Recall that on the evening of August 31, the Russians launched a missile strike on a column of grain carriers in the Sumy region. One driver died, four more were injured.

On the night of August 30, the Russian Federation launched an airstrike on a company in Sumy. As a result of the attack, nine people were injured.
