When talking about the procedure for searching for citizens who have not updated their data in the military enlistment office, the spokesman for the Poltava regional TCCK and SP Roman Istomin noted that such individuals can only be searched for when they do not appear after receiving a summons.
In such cases, the TCCK sends a request to the police to bring the person to the address indicated in the summons. As additional confirmation of the summons, a copy of the summons is attached to the request. After that, the police begin search measures, but the TCCK does not publish a general list of individuals who have not updated their data.
Roman Istomin also explained that requests for search are made for each offender separately and the police can detain citizens based on such requests.
It is worth noting that detentions can take place at checkpoints or at the places of residence of the wanted individuals, and in such cases, there is usually sufficient information that exempts from document verification.
