Biden's team acknowledged that Ukraine received under-equipped Abrams tanks.

U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan stated that Ukraine has received Abrams tanks that were not fully equipped.
He made this statement at a national defense forum in the U.S. According to Sullivan, these tanks turned out to be negatively additional armor on the battlefield. His assessment matches the conclusions of American military officials.
The U.S. is prepared to train more Ukrainian pilots on F-16 aircraft; however, this process is delayed due to a lack of candidates in Ukraine, Sullivan reported.
Regarding the use of ATACMS missiles for attacks on targets in Russia, Sullivan pointed out that this is not a universal solution to the war but gives Kyiv another option.
It is worth noting that Ukraine is expected to receive significant weaponry from President Biden's administration.
