Biden Plans to Shield Foreign Policy from Trump's Influence.

Officials in Joe Biden's administration are considering how to protect their priorities in national security and foreign policy before Donald Trump assumes the presidency of the US in 2025.
Media outlets indicate that among the policies Biden wishes to maintain are providing aid to Ukraine and imposing sanctions on Israeli settlements that use violence against Palestinians.
However, within Biden's circle, there is no specific plan on how to preserve these measures. Some sources note that even having such a plan wouldn't make any difference.
"You can't really 'protect against Trump.' You can 'delay' Trump, throw a wrench in the works, but there's no way to 'protect against Trump' without legislative action," stated an American official.
"We realistically assess the limitations of our power and the scope of power that Donald Trump will inherit on day one," Politico quotes another interlocutor.
Senior adviser to Donald Trump's campaign, Jason Miller, previously noted that the Republican's first steps upon returning to the White House would concern illegal immigration and oil extraction.
