Turkish politicians predict the future of Syria.

Member of the Turkish ruling party AK Parti Hatay Huseyin Yayman expressed his assessment of the situation in Syria on CNN. According to Yayman, this is a good day for the region and for all neighboring countries.
Today is a good day not only for Syria, not only for Turkey, but for the entire region. Hatay is one of the closest provinces to Syria, and we are also talking about a region with kinship, historical, cultural, trade, and economic ties.
The Hatay region has the longest border with Syria. Yayman reported that celebrations took place in Antakya, Kırıkhan, and Reyhanlı to commemorate the opposition's victory over the regime, and they passed peacefully without any incidents.
Yayman noted that people are talking about returning to their hometowns. He also added that the Assad regime left behind blood and tears. In any situation, there can be conflicts, but the fall of the regime was met with joy by both supporters of the rebels and those who supported Assad. People hope for peace.
Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated at a press conference in Qatar that the new administration in Syria must be inclusive. He emphasized that Syrians cannot rebuild their country alone and therefore need help.
Fidan stressed that Turkey places great importance on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria. From now on, millions of Syrians who left their country will be able to return.
'Turkey will work on the reconstruction of Syria. But we must be careful that ISIS and the PKK do not take advantage of the current situation. We continue to communicate with our American friends. Syrian state institutions must be protected, and opposition forces must unite,' emphasized Fidan.
After Islamist rebels announced the overthrow of Assad, it became clear that all countries in the region accepted the change of power. Opposition leaders stated that Prime Minister Mohammed Ghazi Jalali would be responsible for addressing political issues and transferring power to Syrian state institutions. The government is ready to cooperate with the opposition and transfer to it the functions of a transitional government.
