Total accounting of Ukrainians: what data of conscripts have been included in the electronic register.

Ukrainians have been informed about what data of conscripts has been included in the electronic register.

This is stated in the draft Law No. 3549-IX.

Personal data of citizens have been entered into the electronic Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel, and Reservists. This allows territorial recruitment and social support centers (TRC and SSP) to automatically receive all necessary information. Data for the electronic register were collected from various ministries.

In particular, the personal data of conscripts, military personnel, and reservists include:

• phone numbers;
• email addresses;
• information about educational courses and qualification enhancement courses;
• information about proficiency in foreign languages;
• information about permits for owning and using weapons;
• information about documents granting a citizen of Ukraine the right to exit Ukraine and enter Ukraine;
• information about driver's licenses allowing to operate vehicles;
• date and number, brief content of the protocol and/or ruling regarding the person in the case of administrative offense provided for by articles 210, 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
• information on decisions to be enforced - executive documents;
• information about the status of a war veteran;
• information about documents issued for moving abroad for permanent residence, or leaving for permanent residence abroad, or returning to Ukraine;
• information about tractor driver certificates authorizing control of tractors, including homemade, self-propelled agricultural, meliorative and road construction machinery;
• information about vessel documents, international certificates for operating recreational boats and certificates for operating small boats or water motorcycles, as well as documents granting the right to control a recreational boat, small boat, water motorcycle, and information about certificates of crew members of inland navigation vessels or any other previously issued document for navigation;
• information about pilot certificates for non-commercial and commercial activities;
• information about persons missing without a trace.

Meanwhile, the official data of the conscript, military personnel and reservist include:

• fulfillment of military duty and service;
• military accounting identifiers, the list of which is determined by the Procedure for maintaining the Register, approved by the Register Owner;
• conclusion (decision) on passing a medical examination (military medical examination);
• passing alternative (non-military) service according to the Law of Ukraine on alternative (non-military) service;
• information on participation in combat actions.

Note that information about a person subject to mobilization in Ukraine is collected from such agencies: Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Justice, State Tax Service, and State Court Administration.
