Deadlines: Who among Ukrainians needs to urgently undergo a repeat military medical commission.

The Military Medical Commission (MMC) invites all men with limited fitness in Ukraine. If you are between 18 and 60 years old and were previously recognized as limited fit for military service, you need to undergo the MMC again by February 4, 2025. Changes in the legislation on social protection of military personnel and police require this. The law was adopted on March 21 and signed by President Zelensky on April 2.
Changes in the legislation provide for the elimination of individual fitness evaluation. Now the MMC cannot choose between the statuses 'unfit' and 'limited fit'. There are restrictions on service according to health status.
Regarding obtaining a referral to the MMC, one needs:
- for the conscript - certificate of limited fitness and medical certificate;
- for the serviceman - order of the commander of the military unit or health facility where he is undergoing treatment or rehabilitation, certificate of limited fitness, and medical certificate.
It is important to note that a person's place of residence, different from the registered address, does not create problems when updating data at the Territorial Recruitment Centers. The system automatically removes the person from the military registration at the previous registration place as soon as the relevant information is received in the unified register.
We also want to note that 'Acting' has launched the cancellation of the mobilization exemption.
