Giving Zelensky a royal flush: Bessent and the White House reacted to the signing of the agreement with Ukraine.

US President Donald Trump dealt Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky a 'royal flush' in relations with Russia by signing an agreement on subsoil resources.
US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated that President Trump provided this support to Zelensky in response to his request for trump cards. Now Ukraine can use these 'cards' against Russia, showing the alignment of goals between the two countries.
White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt called the minerals agreement between Ukraine and the US historic. She noted that this partnership contributes to a free, peaceful, and sovereign future for Ukraine, as well as bringing economic success to both countries.
Deputy White House Chief of Staff Stephen Miller stated that the mineral agreement is a form of repayment for the US. He emphasized that it is a compensation for costs incurred by American taxpayers to subsidize the war in Ukraine.
According to Miller, Washington intends to implement the agreement as soon as possible.
The economic agreement also sparked a positive outlook from American politicians Rubio, Vance, and Voltz regarding the end of the war.
