The Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia region using drones, resulting in fires. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional administration, Ivan Fedorov, on his Telegram channel.

'Since the evening, the enemy has been attacking Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district with drones. Several fires have occurred. Currently, firefighters have already managed to extinguish the fire,'

Fedorov noted.

As a result of the attack, a warehouse and an administrative building of an infrastructure facility were damaged due to an explosion and debris. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The head of the regional administration also recorded the presence of drones over the city throughout the night.

In addition, artillery shelling was recorded in Hulyaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in two people being injured. Russian forces also attacked the Shostka community in the Sumy region, where a medical facility, residential buildings were damaged, and there are injured individuals.

The message from the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional administration indicates a serious threat from Russian forces to the civilian population in Eastern Ukraine. The consequences of these dangerous attacks reveal a real threat to the peaceful population and infrastructure of the region.
