Russia is building a network of concentration camps in occupied territories.

In the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories, Russian military plans to build concentration camps, reports the Center for National Resistance.
As the Ukrainian underground has learned, the first oral instructions regarding the implementation of "special infrastructure project" objects have been handed down to the occupation administrations. This is how the Russians indicated the creation and construction of concentration camps for the disloyal population
According to the report, in July-August 2024, under the leadership of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, a working group completed the first stage of planning the reconstruction and construction of new "centers for the temporary detention of foreign citizens and stateless persons" in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
Such centers have been created since the beginning of the full-scale aggression in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia regions. Initially, people who did not pass the "filtering measures" were placed there.
After the pseudo-elections, they were renamed and began to be used for the "re-education" of individuals who do not wish to obtain a Russian passport. The Kremlin has set a deadline for obtaining Russian documents by December 31, 2024
It is expected that starting from January 2025, the pressure on citizens who do not have a Russian passport or have not obtained a residence permit or refugee status will increase.
With the help of "administrative detention," the occupation police and local courts will send individuals without a Russian passport to these centers. The occupation authorities will also oblige employers to report such citizens
It should be reminded that a seminar was held among teachers in the occupied territories to identify children who may support Ukraine.
