More than 100 activists supporting the 'Stop Arming Israel' movement attacked the company OIP Land Systems in the city of Tournai, Belgium. Their goal was to damage Ukrainian military equipment, but they were mistaken, believing that the company supplies armored vehicles specifically to Israel. As a result of the attack, equipment intended for the Ukrainian military was damaged, amounting to over $1.1 million.
The company's president, Freddy Versluis, stated that this vandalism did not cause serious losses, only leading to a one-month delay in deliveries for Ukraine. It is important to note that OIP Land Systems is a subsidiary of an Israeli company, but does not itself supply weapons to Israel.
According to reports, pro-Palestinian activists committed vandalism in Belgium by attacking a company that does not supply armored vehicles to Israel. The activists' actions led to the damage of Ukrainian military equipment and a one-month delay in deliveries.Read also
