TCB employees provoke traffic accidents and more: Lubinets spoke about violations during mobilization.

The Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets stated his readiness to personally present a detailed report in parliament regarding violations of citizens' rights during mobilization activities.
This was reported by the ombudsman on March 26, 2025, on his social media page.
According to Lubinets, the proposal to summon him to the Verkhovna Rada to discuss the problem of violating the rights of citizens of Ukraine during mobilization was made by Member of Parliament Oleksiy Goncharenko, but did not gain enough votes.
'I publicly state that I am ready at any moment to personally arrive and present my detailed analysis of this situation and propose mechanisms for resolving this problem within the legal framework,' emphasized Lubinets.
As a result of numerous appeals to the Ombudsman Office, violations of human rights by employees of territorial centers of recruitment and social support (TCR & SP) have become systemic and widespread.
Main types of violations
Among the most egregious cases, the ombudsman noted physical violence and beating of citizens. According to his information, there are situations where groups of people forcibly detain individuals on the streets, in shopping centers, at metro stations, using brute physical force.
Furthermore, the Ombudsman Office receives reports of cases where TCR and SP employees deliberately cause traffic accidents to forcibly stop cyclists or motorcyclists.
