Support for Agrarians: UAH 223 million will be refunded for the purchase of domestic equipment.

The compensation program for agricultural producers continues to operate
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine announced the second approved distribution of funds under the program to compensate 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment. According to the ministry, in February-March 2025, 1034 agricultural producers will receive compensation totaling over UAH 222.7 million.
The 25% compensation program creates additional domestic demand for the products of Ukrainian manufacturers of agricultural machinery. Agrarians are updating the equipment fleet on favorable terms, and agricultural machinery enterprises have more orders.
The government plans to allocate UAH 1.5 billion for the program in 2025, part of the funds has already been directed to payments to agrarians. In February-March, agricultural producers from various regions of the country purchased 1445 units of Ukrainian equipment worth over UAH 890 million (excluding VAT).
The most active participants in the program were agricultural producers from Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, and Cherkasy regions. In March, UAH 126.6 million was transferred to them as payment for previous equipment purchases.
With the beginning of April, the government made changes to the conditions for participation in the program, according to which only agricultural producers registered in the State Agrarian Register (DAR) can now take advantage of it.
