PFU revealed who will not receive an automatic pension recalculation in April.

In April of this year, the Pension Fund of Ukraine will carry out the annual recalculation of pensions for working pensioners. This news was reported by the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Kyiv region.
According to the Law of Ukraine 'On Mandatory State Pension Insurance', pensions will be automatically recalculated for individuals who continued to work after the appointment or previous recalculation of their pension, without needing to contact the territorial bodies of the fund.
Part four of Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Mandatory State Pension Insurance' provides for the recalculation of pensions from April 1, 2025 for those who continued to work after the appointment or previous recalculation of their pension.
The recalculation of pensions will concern two categories of pensioners: those who have at least 24 months of insurance experience after the appointment or previous recalculation of their pension, and those who have less than 24 months of additional experience but at least two years have passed since the appointment or previous recalculation of their pension.
In 2025, pensions will be recalculated for working pensioners who had their pensions appointed or recalculated in 2023. The basis for the recalculation will be the insurance experience as of March 1 of the recalculation year.
The automatic recalculation of pensions will not apply to pensioners who were appointed a pension for length of service according to the Law of Ukraine 'On Pension Provision' and who have not reached the established age of 60.
Let us remind you that the formation of pensions has its peculiarities: some new pensioners receive large amounts, while others receive less.
