German General Named Indirect Consequences of Operation 'Web'.

Ukrainian drones attacked Russian aircraft on June 1, damaging about 10% of the Russian fleet of strategic bombers and hitting some planes ready to strike Ukraine. This was reported with reference to Reuters.
'According to our assessment, more than a dozen aircraft were damaged – strategic bombers Tu-95 and Tu-22, as well as reconnaissance aircraft A-50', said Major General Christian Freuding.
According to him, the affected A-50 planes, which perform the functions of NATO AWACS government aircraft for air reconnaissance, could have been inoperable by the Time they were blown up.
Consequences for Russian Aviation
Although Russian aviation has suffered losses, Freuding does not expect an immediate decrease in strikes against Ukraine, noting that Moscow still has 90% of its strategic bombers capable of launching ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as dropping bombs.
'But of course, there are consequences: the remaining aircraft will have to carry out more flights, which means they will wear out faster. And most importantly - this has a strong psychological impact', the military emphasized.
Successful Special Operation 'Web'
Recently, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted a special operation 'Web', aimed at shocking Russian aviation. The tactical actions were led by the head of the SBU Vasyl Maliuk.
