In the gas supply company NJSC 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' it was replied whether it is possible to manage several accounts in the personal account.
The press service of the company 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' reported that in their personal accounts, users can manage multiple accounts related to different real estate objects. This includes apartments, houses, and office premises. This feature allows for convenient tracking of gas consumption and paying all bills from one place.
'This is a convenient feature for those who have multiple residential properties (residential premises, offices, etc.) and want to simplify the payment management process and control gas consumption,' Naftogaz noted.
To add accounts, you need to follow these steps:
- Log in to your personal account on the NJSC 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' website using your credentials such as username and password.
- Click on the profile icon located at the top right in the opened window, and then - 'Add O/R'.
- Add new accounts.
Naftogaz listed the advantages of this feature:
- Convenience: all accounts in one place.
- Control: easy access to information about consumption and payments.
- Time-saving: no need to visit different resources to manage accounts.
