In Kherson region, the curfew duration has increased: what is the reason.

In Kherson region, the curfew is extended from October 15
From October 15, the curfew in Kherson region will be extended, lasting from 20:00 to 06:00. This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to him, this decision was made at a meeting of the Kherson Defense Council.
“We decided to extend the curfew in the region. From October 15, it will last from 20:00 to 06:00” - wrote Prokudin.
The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration explained that this decision is related to the shortening of daylight hours and ensuring the safety of citizens.
It should be noted that from October 7, in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, a strengthened curfew regimen has also been introduced, lasting 20 hours a day - from 15:00 to 11:00. According to the head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration, Serhiy Horbunov, this decision is related to the high risk of shelling by Russian occupiers. The city is only 10 km from the front line.
Recall that the parliament failed to pass the law on fines for violating the curfew. According to Member of Parliament Yaroslav Zheleznyak, project No. 10195 on administrative liability for violating the curfew was supported by only 190 deputies, which was not enough votes for returning to the first reading.
