The Ministry of Internal Affairs introduced a registration limit for drivers: what Ukrainians need to know.

As of March 25, 2025, a new electronic recording system for obtaining state services began operating in all service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
This system was implemented through the joint efforts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
The innovation allows citizens to register in two ways: online 21 days in advance or on the day of the appeal through self-service terminals directly in service centers.
'A significant emphasis is placed on information security measures in the system to prevent unauthorized third-party interference. In particular, protection against automated bots is provided,' said Oleksandr Malysh, head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
For individuals, a limit has been set: no more than 4 registrations per month through the online system and 4 registrations through the terminal. Legal entities can make up to 4 registrations per day online or up to 6 registrations through the terminal.
It is important to note that the appointment is individual, and if the personal data in the documents do not match those specified at the Time of registration, the service will be denied. The number of available appointments depends on the current workload of the specific service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The new system is available at the link: eqn.hsc.gov.ua.
