Massive drone attack. The occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson are left without electricity
During the night of June 3, the occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson were left without electricity due to drone attacks and strikes on substations. The information was provided by 'Glavkom', citing Russian Telegram channels. In the temporarily occupied areas of Zaporizhzhia region, electricity is not working, and there are also problems with lighting in Kherson. Drone strikes caused disruptions in Melitopol and Henichesk.

Information from the occupying authorities

'Governor' of the occupied Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo reported:

'150 settlements in Henichesk, Novotroitske, Ivanivka and Nyzhny Sirohozy districts are without electricity. This affects more than 104 thousand people and 44 socially important facilities. All strategic facilities are connected to backup power sources.'

'Governor' of the occupied Zaporizhzhia region Yevhen Balitsky also commented on the situation:

'Due to shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, high-voltage equipment in the northwestern part of Zaporizhzhia region has been damaged. Currently, electricity supply is absent across the entire region.'

It should be noted that on the night of June 2, drones are mass attacking Russia. Reports of this are coming from the Moscow, Voronezh, Tula, Belgorod and other regions. According to 'Glavkom', explosions were reported in Lipetsk, Rostov, Kursk, Ryazan, and Voronezh regions. Drones are actively attacking Lipetsk - three potential targets have been identified there.

The fact that the strikes are aimed at the 'Lipetsk-2' airbase, the 'NLMK' metallurgical plant, and BK warehouses cannot be ignored.

Ukrainian occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson have experienced a shortage of electricity due to drone attacks and strikes on substations. Russia is also being attacked by drones, with incidents registered in several regions. The damage from these attacks is significant, and the risk continues to escalate.
