According to a study by the Research Institute 'Ukragroproductivity', the average price of wheat bread in Ukraine has reached 52 hryvnias per kilogram, and rye bread - 45-48 hryvnias.
The highest price increase is observed in the category of rye-wheat bread.
In February 2025, the following prices were set in Ukrainian supermarkets: a loaf of wheat bread weighing 650 grams cost between 37.50 and 43.10 hryvnias, rye bread weighing 950 grams - between 32.10 and 38.45 hryvnias, and a loaf weighing 500 grams - between 27.50 and 31.20 hryvnias.
