The detention of Telegram's founder Pavel Durov has been extended in Paris for another 48 hours.
According to reports from the Paris prosecutor's office, on Monday evening, the detention of Pavel Durov was extended for another 48 hours.
After this term, he must either be released or charged.
On August 24, the founder of Telegram was detained in Paris at the airport.
The details of the investigation, under which a warrant for Durov's arrest was issued, are not disclosed by officials.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Durov's detention in France will not affect the work of Telegram in Ukraine.
