DTEK Energy Workers Restored Electricity in 98 Localities After Bad Weather.


DTEK energy workers restored electricity for more than 17 thousand families in 98 localities in the Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions after bad weather. This information was provided in DTEK's statement.
Thanks to the prompt actions of DTEK energy workers, the consequences of bad weather in the Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions were eliminated.
As a result, electricity was restored after the bad weather that hit the Odessa region on the night of September 12. Repair crews repaired 15 power lines, restored 361 transformer substations, and ensured electricity supply for 15 thousand families in 81 localities.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, 2369 families in 17 localities were left without electricity due to strong winds. Twelve crews of energy workers were involved in the restoration works, which restored 68 transformer substations and 8 power lines.
Overall, this week DTEK energy workers restored 429 transformer substations and 23 power lines, ensuring electricity supply for almost 17.5 thousand families in 98 localities in the Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
It is worth noting that in August, DTEK energy workers of Rinat Akhmetov restored electricity for 714 thousand families who were without power due to shelling.
