Rules for emergency service centers regarding conscripts: deadlines.

Mandatory Rules of Conduct Introduced in the Emergency Service Centers
The Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine plans to establish mandatory rules of conduct for representatives of territorial recruitment centers. The purpose of these rules is to avoid violations of citizens' rights and public discontent. This was reported by Vitaliy Sarantsev, head of the communications department of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
'The new rules will be mandatory for all emergency service center employees. Our goal is to prevent human rights violations and avoid public discontent,' Sarantsev noted.
According to Sarantsev, each case of violation by the emergency service centers is investigated and does not go unpunished.
'However, the enemy uses these situations to escalate tension in society,' he added.
The head of the communications department also urged Ukrainians to refrain from using the terms 'busification' and 'human catchers', as they are part of the Russian information-psychological operation.
'Russian propagandists themselves admitted that they were the first to introduce the term 'human catchers', which later entered the Ukrainian lexicon,' Sarantsev said.
Mobilization Continues
The martial law and mobilization in Ukraine have been extended until May 9, 2025. Changes in mobilization requirements stipulate that conscripts who come to emergency service centers immediately receive a referral for a military medical commission. An application for electronic referral can be submitted through the 'Reserve+' app.
Healthcare workers are now provided with 100% reservation, and the list of documents for persons with disabilities and those temporarily unfit for military service has been expanded.
