The first paid service in the 'Diia' application

Starting June 1, the 'Diia' application will introduce its first paid service - document sharing for banks. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the head of the 'Diia' implementation team, Oleksiy Vovk, in a comment to Forbes.

This feature allows banks to receive copies of users' digital documents through 'Diia'. The service will be paid for banks, while it will remain free for citizens.

Plans of the 'Diia' team

The 'Diia' team plans to make two more services paid in the future: 'Diia.Signature' for legal entities, which will allow businesses to sign documents online using electronic signature directly through the application, as well as the electronic identification service Diia.OAuth.

Artificial intelligence and digital employment

Recall that in June, beta testing of artificial intelligence in 'Diia' will start. The AI assistant will help find services, certificates, the nearest administrative service center - and soon will communicate by voice. It is also planned that the AI agent will be able to send certificates and, in the future, accompany users at all stages of the service acquisition process. Specifically, users will be able to describe their life situation - and the AI will suggest what service is needed.

The Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision to launch an experiment with digital employment through the 'Diia' portal. The pilot project will last for two years. The initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation involves the use of an electronic services web portal for job searching.

Currently, this is only about public service. Applications can be submitted to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Economy, and the state enterprise 'Diia'. The entire process will be digital: from submitting applications to transferring necessary documents - everything will take place through the application.
