State Budget: Ministry of Finance raised 100 billion UAH through bond issuance.


The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has raised over 47 billion UAH through the issuance of state bonds.
The funds raised are used to ensure the security and defense of the country.
According to the Ministry of Finance, as of April 1, more than 1.83 trillion UAH of government bonds are in circulation.
The operational report showed that over the last year, the volume of investments from legal entities and individuals has increased by 24% to 260 billion UAH.
The share of individuals in the total volume of government bonds has increased to 4.7% compared to last year (3.6%).
The average weighted yield of government bonds is: 16.4% in UAH, 4.5% in USD, and 3.24% in EUR.
During 2025, the ministry raised over 1.6 trillion UAH through the placement of government bonds at auctions.

Government bonds can be purchased through Diia, a bank, or a broker. The nominal value of one bond is 1000 UAH/1000 USD/1000 EUR.
Instructions:
- Go to the Services tab and select military bonds.
- Select the type of bonds you are interested in.
- Choose a bank or broker for the purchase of bonds.
- Enter your contact details and select the eSupport card to receive payment.
- Verify the information and send the request to the chosen partner.
- Sign the documents to open a securities account and pay for the bonds.
Analysis
The Ministry of Finance continues to raise significant amounts through the issuance of state bonds and states that this contributes to the financial stability of the country in wartime and provides funding for security and defense.
