Be Afraid to Say: Zelensky Criticizes the US for Its Response to the Attack on Kryvyi Rih.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his disappointment with the US embassy for its weak response to the Russian strike on Kryvyi Rih. He stated this on his Telegram channel.

Recall that Russia attacked civilian objects in Kryvyi Rih on April 4 using an Iskander-M missile with a cluster warhead. As a result, 19 people were killed, including 9 children. The missile hit near houses and a children's playground.

Zelensky named the children who died and expressed condolences to their families. He also pointed out that another 62 people were injured in the strike, including 12 children. The president condemned Russia for this cynical attack and for using strike drones during the rescue operation.

Zelensky believes that this strike requires a response from the entire world and expressed gratitude to EU countries and other nations for their support. However, he is disappointed that the US embassy did not express a principled position.

Zelensky urged to call things by their names and to put pressure on Russia, which continues the war and ignores peace proposals. He hopes that the US will help in finding additional air defense systems to protect against such missile strikes.

Zelensky called for an end to the killings and to save the lives of children. He emphasized that this is only possible through joint efforts and a strong reaction from the entire world.

In the concluding part of his address, the president thanked everyone who supports Ukraine and honored the memory of those who died as a result of Russian strikes.
