How raids on concerts are conducted: The Cherkasy TCC explained.

Employees of territorial centers of recruitment and social support visit public events for mobilization purposes. The first visit of the TCC to a concert of the band 'Okean Elzy' was accidental. This was stated by the head of the Cherkasy TCC, Oleg Tymoshenko.
According to decree No. 560, notifications must be carried out during mass events.
For example, when we considered notifications in the philharmonic, we did not know it would be a concert by Anton Tymoshenko. I learned about it when I entered the hall and saw him signing autographs.
According to Tymoshenko, such events are planned and will be held regularly. He emphasizes that this does not mean that the TCC or the police will be present at every concert.
We analyze the number of people who can be useful for the army, where these people are located, and where they could be.
Ukraine plans to introduce a new reform of military medical commissions, which will eliminate the need to visit the TCC. This was reported by Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chernohrenko. The current VLK system has its shortcomings, which complicate tasks for the Armed Forces. Now, conscripts will be allowed to undergo VLK without referring to the TCC.
Earlier, complete information was provided about the diseases that are grounds for exemption from military service.
Currently, there is no need for the mobilization of men aged 18 to 25, as stated by the spokesperson of the operational command 'West', Oleg Dombrovskyi.
